File Name Convention
Player files use the following naming convention
INDIVIDUAL-BOOKINGS-[SOURCENAME]-[YYYYMMDD].csv
Where:
SOURCENAME: The contributor name assigned by USTA.
YYYYMMDD: Effective date of contribution
