Partner Connectivity Requirements

Overview

In order to interact with USTA Connect, partners are requested to provide the following connectivity information. USTA has two modes of communication for exchanging data with partners: API and file. Each partner can use either or both based on the features you require and the availability of the feature.

API Connectivity

The folllowing information is required for setting up test and production environments for API connectivity:

  • IP Range For Test 'Servers (CIDR format: 172.51.1.0/24)

  • IP Range For Prod 'Servers (CIDR format: 100.69.1.0/24)

File Connectivity

USTA uses a partner portal and SFTP for file exchange. Each partner is permissioned for test and production access upon onboarding.

The folllowing information is required for exchanging files:

  • Email address(es) for technical contact who will be exchanging files
